Charmant Moser (organic)

The Charmant is charming, indeed. This dense, runny paste that oozes out once the white mold rind has been cut is extremely seducing. It coates the palate, and when it is not too young the strong flavors linger on and on. This is great as a dessert, too. Very elegant cheese.
